Play Space Rules

Rules:

1.  Proper scene etiquette must be observed at all times.  What does this mean? This means avoid intruding into other peoples' scenes (i.e., no loud commentary about the scene going on, no touching or talking to tops or bottoms engaged in play, etc.).  Be courteous to people around you - look before you walk into someone's scene or in front of someone's flogger.  Clean up after yourself - cleaning stations are provided.  Do not monopolize equipment.  When the space is busy, certain time restrictions will be placed on activities due to space requirements.  Voyeurs are welcome; however, please show respect for the players and the space by being aware of your surroundings and other people's special wishes.  Do not touch other peoples' toys or property (this includes their subs) without their expressed and prior permission.  Always obey the dungeon monitors ("DMs").  

2.  No means no - aggressive cruising will not be tolerated.  You must gain someone's prior consent before engaging in ANY activity. 

3.  No photography, videography or other recording of any kind is allowed in the play space.  Absolutely no cameras or camcorders are allowed in the space.  Cell phones are not allowed past the locker area - and please silence your phones upon entry.

4.  House safewords are "Yellow," "Red," and "Safeword."  Participants should feel free to use their own words in addition to the "House" safewords, and please be advised that anyone using the house safewords will get a check in from the DM on duty.

5.  You must be 21+ to gain entry to KINK.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

6.  No drugs are allowed on the premises.  Alcohol is not provided at the space, but you may bring your own beverage.  Please drink with discretion.  If you are even suspected of being drunk and/or otherwise intoxicated, on-site DMs will evict you.  

7.  Respect the equipment - this means clean up before and after yourself.  Please use the cleaning stations that are provided.  This also means actually know how to use the equipment (toys, furniture or otherwise) you are about to use.  If you have any questions about how to properly use any toys or furniture, please ask a DM who will be more than happy to show you. 

8.  This is a risk-aware consensual kink (RACK) adhering space;  however, if something looks unsafe or questionable, you will be approached by a DM.

9.  Using barriers (i.e., gloves, dental dams, condoms) is HIGHLY encouraged when engaging in oral, anal or vaginal sex, fisting, rimming, or other acts where potential fluid exchange in possible.   It is assumed that anyone engaging in sexual activity without a barrier has had a prior conversation with their partner(s) and is aware of the potential risk to themselves and their partner(s) and does not simply have a death wish.   Safer sex materials are provided to party-goers at no extra charge at safer sex stations.  If you or your partner(s) have a question about how to use any barriers, please ask at DM who will be more than happy to show you how.

10.  Anyone engaging in sexual activity must put down a chuck (those big things that look like doggie wee-wee pads) on the surface(s) they plan on using - otherwise, expect an uncomfortable scene stopper by a DM.


11.  Wax play, piercings, cuttings and medical play are permitted in designated areas only.  If you are unclear about where the designated areas are, please ask a DM.  All exposed sharps are not allowed to be taken out of these areas.  You must bring a tarp to engage in any of these behaviors. 

12.  Electrical play is permitted only below the waist.  Violet wands may be used anywhere on the body below the neck.  Other electrical play devices may be used only below the waist or on one arm, and may not be operated from AC power. 

13.  DC has VERY strict rules about firearms - and therefore absolutely NO FIREARMS (loaded or otherwise) are allowed in the play space (this includes replicas). 

14.  Fire play is not allowed in the play space.  Sorry!

KINK staff reserves the right to remove anyone or anything from the premises.
